Personal training is for people who are willing to invest in themselves to make a complete lifestyle change. It is for people who understand that results take hard work, consistency and are doing it for the long run. Online coaching is for people who don’t require one to one training and are able to apply all the resources I give them by themselves. They need to be able to stick to the training programme and macros/calories I provide on a weekly basis whilst still leaving the accountability in my hands. It is also for people who still want to invest in themselves but for a cheaper monthly budget.
I do give plenty of nutritional recommendations, suggestions and guidance however do not provide nutritional programmes. I can provide you with macros/calories but this will not be as in depth, comprehensive and complete as the nutritional aspect of my online coaching service.
The biggest reason why you should choose me is down to my straight passion and love for my job. A proper trainer should have a good rapport with their clients and a genuine care for them as a person and their journey. A proper trainer should understand the individuality from person to person and everybody’s needs/wants are different. I assure you your results are my top priority and you shall receive a high level professionalism and customer service. Along with my qualifications, knowledge and experience I feel very confident in my abilities to give you exactly what you want.

The only policy I have is a 24 hour cancellation policy. This simply means if you cancel, can’t make/don’t make a session I will still charge for the hour. If you can try and give me a minimum of 24 hours notice before the session this charge won’t be applied.
I train my clients in multiple different ways depending on the goal and the individual themselves. Whether your goal is to build muscle and strength, lose fat, increase cardio vascular fitness or train around current or previous injuries the training style will change. I will always try to give you the most effective but also most enjoyable way of training for you and your specific goals.
Yes I do. However, there is an increased hourly rate of £60.00. Upon on initial enquiry and first meetings I may suggest that 2 on 1 may not be the best option depending how similar/different the two individuals are and where they are at. This is to ensure each person maximises their results from every session to make most of the time and training.

I do not offer discounts on bulk bookings if they are purchased in advance as I personally feel, due to my current clientele being built through word of mouth, that would devalue my service in the process.

I accept cash payment and bank transfers either session by session or weekly.
No start up fees, no direct debits, no membership & no contracts for the personal training. For the online coaching there would be a monthly direct debit set up in which you can choose which day each month it comes out on.
